Red Hot Dutch is a spicy Edam-style cheese with dried Red Hot chili peppers; a cheese that is not for the faint at heart. The first bite will slowly explode into a cacophony of flavor. Unlike the peppers used for other pepper cheeses, the dried chilies offer both flavor and spiciness.
