Gourmandise is a spreadable cheese that is imported from France. The cheese comes in 2 flavors; one with chopped walnuts layered in the cheese and one with the flavor of cherry that comes from the Kirsch that is added.
Gourmandise cheese is made with pasteurized cow's milk and is very popular, especially during holidays and parties. We sell both flavors individually, cut and wrapped in 7-oz wedges.
