Our Petit Camembert is made with pasteurized cow's milk and has a delicate salty taste and gets creamier over time. Camembert originated in French Normandy, but is nowadays made all over the world.
Esprit de Liberté's Camembert is petit because most Camemberts are slightly slightly larger, around 8 ounces and this one is just 5.3 ounces.
