Blinis are light and fluffy small pancakes that are a traditional accompaniment to caviar, but are equally delicious for breakfast, brunch, hors d’ oeuvres or light suppertime treat.

To serve them warm, you will need a heavy cast aluminum pan. This pan has a non-stick coating for easy cleaning and to aid in release of pancakes. It is a Nordic Ware design, fit all types of stoves-electric, gas or glass-topped and has 7 blini/pancake cavities.

After using, wash in warm, soapy water, dry and store. The pan has a 10" diameter and the cavities are 2.75" in diameter.
