Aged Airedale (8 oz.) - a semi-soft pasteurized cow's with a full bodied flavor profile with a strong to sharp finish. It is wrapped in a red wax.
Livingstone Gold (8 oz.) - a sharp flavored cheese with a golden color from added annatto. It is wrapped in a yellow red wax.
Farmhouse Cheese (8 oz.) - a unique cheese for New Zealand, covered in fine penicillin candidum rind and with a lemongrass aroma with a nutty edge.
A small 4-oz. tub of Fig Fruit Spread will do well with these New Zealand cheeses.
