Affine au Chablis (7 oz.) - a French gourmet cheese that is washed with Chablis, hence the name Affiné au Chablis. Chablis is a prestigious white wine of Burgundy to establish a very rich, aromatic profile.
Drunken Goat (8 oz.) - a Spanish cheese, also called Murcia al Vino, is a young goat's milk cheese that is soaked in Doble Pasta Wine for 48-72 hours.
Morimota Soba Ale Cheddar (8 oz.) - brings together white cheddar cheese and Morimoto Soba Ale, both made in Oregon. Soba is a buckwheat used in the Japanese kitchen.
Chimay with Trappister beer (8 oz.) - a semi-soft cheese that is bathed in Belgian Trappister beer so that its flavor flatters the palate and the nose.
