Australia has a lot to offer when it concerns cheese and our Blue Cheese Assortment shows that in an easy way with 4 different blue cheeses:

Roaring Forties Blue: a full flavored blue with a sweet, mild, creamy and slightly nutty character, a rich mouth feel and good aftertaste.
Gippsland Blue: a creamy, soft Gorgonzola-style cheese with a pungent bouquet.
Shadows of Blue: a rich, double cream blue vein cheese; a blue for Brie cheese eaters.
Blue Orchid: named after a blue veined orchid; this cheese has a robust traditional flavor, but with lower salt than many other blue cheeses and it weeps moisture to maintain the soft crumbly texture.

This assortment contains 8 ounces of each cheese, nicely packed in our glossy Burgundy Gift Box (Cheese Board not included).

Due to the highly perishable nature of the Shadows of Blue we will need to ship this particular gift box with Overnight shipments during the summer months.
