Blue Stilton, most likely the first British cheese that comes to mind. Our Stilton is strong in flavor but delicate at the same time (8-oz.).
A handmade Traditional Matured Cheddar, matured from 10-13 months and the result is a rinded cheese with a unique and complex flavor. We've added a 1-pound wedge of cheddar as that's a cheese you will use for many reasons. (8-oz.).
White Stilton with Lemon Peel - the flavor of this cheese will surprise you (10-oz.).
Sage Derby - a cheddar with clear leaf sage green marbeling veins (8-oz.).

We will add some English Table Water crackers to complete the assortment.
