Cheese likes company, such fresh fruits, nuts, olives, mustards, jellies, and all kinds of crackers. We have chosen the company of Plum Fruit Paste a fruit paste that goes well with goudas and cheddars and Beecher's Original Crackers, designed by one of the artisanal cheddar cheese makers.

The cheeses on this Gift Tray are:
Private Stock Cheddar (8 oz.) - this cheddar is called the 'best of the best' by some long-time customers. The Vermont-made gourmet cheese has a smooth texture and cleanest cheddar flavor, after 16 to 18 months of aging.
Asiago Vecchio (8 oz.) - a semi-hard Italian gourmet cheese with a granular texture. This gourmet cheese has a strawlike color and an unmistakeably marked flavor, with a distinctive, slightly sharp taste.
Marco Polo (8 oz.) - a truly artisanal cheese made in Seattle. This gourmet cheese contains lightly milled green and black Madagascar peppercorns.
Rembrandt (8 oz.) - this Dutch Gouda cheese is aged over 1 year and has a deep, rich, taste profile reminiscent of butterscotch, burnt and aged whiskey.
