We've created a Cheese Basket with international cheeses on the theme Italy; they are made after an Italian cheese or with an Italian cheese in mind, and they all deserve the designation 'gourmet cheese'.

Vermont Mascarpone (8-oz.) - a fresh cream flavor, is luxurious, smooth, and has a thick texture. It adds richness and flavor to any dish.
Danish Fontina (7-oz.) - a derivative of the Italian Fontina d'Aosta, with a mild and slightly sweet flavor.
American Asiago (9-oz.) - a semi-hard table cheese that is aged for at least 5 months with a sweet, nutty flavor; great for snacking and shredding over your dishes.
Mozzarella Bocconcini (8-oz.) - made from fresh cow's milk and crafted according to Italian recipes. The fresh Mozzarella is water packed in tubs of 8 ounces. Each ball has the size of small golf ball.
Da Vinci (9-oz.) - a full-cream Dutch Gouda cheese filled with a subtle balance of tomatoes, olives and wonderful Mediterranean seasonings. A dash of garlic completes the masterpiece.
Parrano (8-oz.) - another Dutch cheese, this one is aged for 5 months and has developed a sweet nutty flavor and a smooth texture - a young cheese with some Italian temperament and the colors of the Italian flag in the rind.

We've added some Tuscan Minis (3.5-oz.) -very light and crisp Australian Fine Wafer Crackers with a waffle imprint and flavored with sundried tomato, basil and garlic. A perfect match with the various cheeses, and also with pates and other fine meats.

All items are offered in a chipwood basket, nicely decorated.
