As ghost are floating around during Halloween, we decided to honor these creatures and offer a ghostly white cheese assortment, made up of gourmet cheeses and served with almost white crackers.

Cablanca - a mild goat's milk cheese from Holland with a delicate, citrus tanginess and firm but creamy texture and a snow-white color (8 oz.).
Montrachet-style Goat Cheese - Try these small logs of fresh goat cheese from Alabama with some honey - simply delicious (6 oz.).
Ricotta Salata - an Italian pressed, dried and aged sheep's milk cheese with a dense but slightly spongy texture and a salty, milky flavor. Toss it with tomatoes, cucumbers or olives and serve it on your cheese board (8 oz.).
Hudson Valley Camembert - two uniquely squared Camembert-style cheese, made from mainly East Friesian crossbred sheep is soft ripened, lushly buttery. (2 x 4 oz.).
Sesame Crispbread Crackers - Australian, superthin crunchy and tasteful and almost white.
