Sesame Crispbread Crackers - Australian, superthin crunchy and tasteful and almost white.
Ricotta Salata - (8 oz.) an Italian pressed, dried and aged sheep's milk cheese with a dense but slightly spongy texture and a salty, milky flavor. Toss it with tomatoes, cucumbers or olives and serve it on your cheese board.
Hudson Valley Camembert - (2 x 4 oz.) two uniquely squared Camembert-style cheese, made from mainly East Friesian crossbred sheep is soft ripened, lushly buttery.
Montrachet-style Goat Cheese - (6 oz.) Try these small logs of fresh goat cheese from Alabama with some honey - simply delicious.
Cablanca - (8 oz.) a mild goat's milk cheese from Holland with a delicate, citrus tanginess and firm but creamy texture and a snow-white color.
