Aged Airedale (8 oz.) - a semi-soft pasteurized cow's with a full bodied flavor profile with a strong to sharp finish. It is wrapped in a red wax.
Livingstone Gold (8 oz.) - a sharp flavored cheese with a golden color from added annatto. It is wrapped in a yellow red wax.
Windsor Blue (8 oz.) - a creamy blue with a soft buttery texture and a silky smooth mouth feel.
An 8.5 oz. jar of Orange Fig Spread will accompany these delicious New Zealand cheeses. (Cheese board not included).
