Naked Goat - 8 ounces of a raw goat's milk cheese, aged for 6 months with a full flavor
Romao - an artisanal sheep's milk cheese that is rubbed with oil and rosemary, aged for 8 months. It has a strong, but pleasant aroma and flavor (8 oz.)
Cabrales - 8 ounces of a strong blue, made with a mixture of cow, sheep and goat milk; the locals say that cow's milk acidifies the cheese, goat's milk gives it its piquancy, and sheep's milk gives it its aroma and buttery texture.
Marcona Almonds - the queen of Almonds (8 ounces) pair well with these outstanding Spanish gourmet cheeses.
