This American Asiago is semi-hard table cheese that is aged for at least 5 months. The sweet, nutty gourmet cheese has a wonderfully pronounced flavor that is perfect for snacking and can easily be shredded into your favorite recipes or served cubed with beer or a full-bodied red wine.
