Point Reyes Original Blue is an award winning blue cheese made from raw cow's milk. This Californian cheese is beautifully chalky white with sharp lines of contrasting blue-grey veins that give the cheese an almost marble appearance.
This widely acclaimed cheese is a true farmstead cheese, only Grade A milk from the familys herd of cows is used, these cows are raised from birth right on the property where the cheese is made, which means they have complete control over the process from milk to cheese.
The flavor of this gourmet cheese is creamy, sweet, fresh milk with a medium-to-strong punch of blue flavor.
