It was not once, but twice voted 'Best Farmstead Goat Cheese' at the prestigious American Cheese Society judging and in 2010 a 2nd place in the American made/International style Open Category made from goat's milk.
At about 2 months of age this gourmet cheese becomes sharper and develops a complex flavor. Serve the California Crottin at room temperature.
