Chipotle Cheddar is one of the flavored cheddars made at the Rogue Creamery in Oregon. The Chipotle spices are hand-rolled on the suface of the curds and pressed into blocks. The result is a marvelous or should we say marbelous looking cheese that will add an experience to your taste buds.

Rogue Creamery's Chipotle Cheddar was awarded 3rd Place in the category Flavor Added Cheddars at the American Cheese Society Competition of 2007.

We cut and wrap this cheese in blocks of approximately 1 pound and 8 ounces.
