Westfield Farm has been handcrafting award-winning farmstead cheeses in Hubbardston, Massachusetts, since 1971. Chocolate Capri is made from 100% goat's milk and is combined with semi-sweet chocolate; isn't that interesting!

The only way to find out is to try and according to the makers, Westfield Farm, you will fall in love with this cheese. And of course at Gourmet-Food.com we 'accepted the challange' and we have to agree that these cheeses are delicious indeed, image tasting a rich chocolate, almost like a mousse with just a hint of tartness - an amazing achievement. The cheese logs are only 5 ounces, so be aware how fast they may disappear, as we were told that these little logs are rather addictive.
