Fog Lights is an 8-oz. cheese that is similar to Humboldt Fog, without the center layer of ash. This artisanal Cypress Grove creation is disk shaped, ash-covered and mold-ripened.

Fog Lights has an earthy flavor and a lovely texture. It's perfect for a cheese plate after dinner with toasted nuts and fresh fruit.

Fog Lights was awarded a third place in the Soft Ripened Goat Cheese Category at the American Cheese Society Competition of 2009.
