Vermont Creamery produces many types of goat milk cheese and this small 4 oz. log of Pepper Chevre is just one of them. We like this one because it is a nice combination of creamy tangy goat cheese and spicy colorful pepper. Wonderful on toast, crackers or a sandwich, crumbled in a salad or on a pizza. When a young Allison Hooper came back from working on a farm in Brittany, France she learned time-honored traditions of European artisanal cheesemaking.
