Mirabo Creme Fraiche is a double-cream cheese with a soft consistency. The creme fraiche in this cheese gives it a rich, nutty taste with a slightly tart hint that is truly distinct. This soft-ripened cheese will be a welcome addition to any cheese board, dish, or dessert. Commonly served for breakfast spread on top of pancakes or waffles, it’s great with maple syrup or anything sweet. Mirabo is also best served with fresh fruit such as strawberries and raspberries.
