Havarti is arguably Denmark's most famous cheese; semi-soft, mild, and very creamy. The Havarti Saga brand is produced by the Danish company Arla at their Wisconsin production plant and we have this semi-soft cheese available in a plain Cream version, a Basil and a Dill Havarti; small round cheeses of 10 ounces.
