Hubbardston Blue Cow is a surface ripened blue cheese that develops a very soft and creamy center upon ripening. This is a farmstead cheese that will also be enjoyed by the goat cheese lover. Hubbardston Blue Cow was awarded a third place in the External Blue Molded Cheese (all milks) Category at the American Cheese Society Competition of 2009.
