Hudson Valley Camembert is an award winning cheese from the Old Chatham Sheepherding Company in New York. This uniquely squared Camembert-style cheese, made from mainly East Friesian crossbred sheep is soft ripened, lushly buttery.
Hudson Valley Camembert was awarded a first place in the Soft Ripened Sheep's or Mixed Milk Cheese category at the American Cheese Society Competition of 2009 and a 2nd place in the 2011 Competition.
