Le Petit Bleu is a small creamy blue cheese variety of the Marin French's Artisan Petites.
It is an all natural triple cream Brie with veins of blue that results in a medley of flavors. The cheese is soft enough to spread, but compact enough to cut. The blue veins make the cheese slightly fuller in flavor than a plain Brie and can be favorably paired with a fully bodied red wine. This small blue cheese received a silver award at the 2010 World Cheese Awards.
