Oregon Blue is a semi-soft blue cheese made by Rogue Creamery. The cheese has a smooth and subtle flavor with a delicate blue tang.
This award winning cheese is made of raw milk, and is aged for at least 90 days in the creamery's Roquefort-modeled caves where it develops many blue-green veins that randomly highlight the cheese.
The award Oregon Blue received was second place in the Blue Cheese category in the 2007 World Cheese Awards in London UK.
