Oregonzola, as the name reveals, is a Gorgonzola style cheese. This blue cheese is made from raw cow's milk and like the Italian Gorgonzola, the Oregonzola from Oregon is rather sharp, tangy, and fruity at the same time.
The cheese is aged for one a minimum of 120 days in Rogue Creamery's caves. Oregonzola has classic veins and a creamy, buttery texture.
