Westfield's Wasabi Goat cheese contains 100 percent pure wasabi and a little bit of chives. Wasabi is known as the 'Japanese Horseradish' and is a made from the root of the wasabi plant. Wasabi has a very strong flavor that is like a very hot mustard, that that dissipates quickly but leaves a hot burning sensation in your mouth.
