In 1909, in the small town of Marshall, Michigan, Albert Schuler, Sr. opened a small cigar store. He had a love of food which led him to purchase a hotel and restaurant he named Schuler's. His son Winston eventually became sole owner and name the restaurant Win Schuler's.

The restaurant became extremely popular and long waiting time was unfortunately not uncommon. As a gesture of hospitality, diners were rewarded with 'Bar Scheeze', which is now known as Win Schuler's Original Cheese Spread. We offer two varieties: the Original Cheddar Cheese Spread - a unique blend of cheddar cheese and spices and the Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread - a more traditional, smooth cheddar flavor.

Both Cheese Spreads are available in an 8 oz. tub.
