Cacao Atlanta's signature truffles are made fresh and hand molded and hand-topped. Fresh organic cream from local Georgia farmers is used and preservatives are nowhere to be found. The small delicate truffles are all 75% dark chocolate and made from the cocoa bean and let's not forget that respect, integrity and a lot of love goes in each delicate truffle.

The full collection includes: Peach Amaretto- Georgia peach preserves with crushed amaretto biscuits. Cinnamon Pear- 24K gold dusted with honeyed pear and cinnamon preserves. Strawberry Basil- Fresh basil and strawberry jam. Coffee Cardamom- Coffee grounds and a pinch of crushed cardamom. Laphroaig & Ginger- Laphroaig 10-year aged Scotch and candied ginger. Coconut Dulce de Leche- Toasted coconut and house-made caramel. Mint Julep- Mint-steeped Bulleit bourbon rolled in raw cane sugar. Lemon Curd- House made lemon curd and candied lemon peel. Maple Pecan- Vermont maple syrup and maple toasted Georgia pecans. PB & J- House made peanut butter topped with a dried cherry. Orange Marmalade- House made bitter orange and lime zest marmalade. Lavender Apricot- Lavender, clover honey, and pieces of dried apricot. Blueberry Beet- Blueberry puree and beet juice. Almond Nougat- European style nougat with pieces of almond. Tartufo Classico- Plain dark chocolate ganache. Fig Preserve & Balsamic- House made fig preserves, aged balsamic, and Madagascar vanilla. Aztec Aphrodisia- Secret blend of six different chilies and spices. Pink Peppercorn & Rosewater- Crushed pink peppercorns & rosewater. Mint Meltaway- Vegan truffle with spearmint. Peanut Butter Meltaway- Vegan truffle with house-made peanut butter.
