Rising Sun Farms has two sweet Cheese Tortettes. These sweet Cheese Tortettes are all natural, organic delicacies. In 2001 Rising Sun Farms received an Award of Excellence for the entire Cheese Torta Line from the American Tasting Institute.

The two sweet 3-oz. Cheese Tortettes are:
Chocolate Mocha, cream cheese and butter delicately blended with the finest chocolate and a taste of espresso beans, topped with bold dark chocolate.
Key Lime, a blend of tangy key lime and sweet apricots and crowned with a scattering of dried cranberries.

Each tortette is individually packed and can be served as a dessert of as a basis for your sauces or soups.
