Classic Reserve Extra Aged Cheddar - (8 oz.) is aged for about 2 years. The extra-high butterfat milk of the Jersey cow has a creaminess that offsets the sharpness caused by the lactic acid in the cheese.
Oregon Blue - (8 oz.) an award-winning semi-soft blue cheese made by Rogue Creamery. The cheese is aged for at least 90 days and has a smooth and subtle flavor with a delicate blue tang.
Tomato Basil Pesto - (6.3 oz.) hearty and chunky; a dense basil pesto sauce flecked with sulfite-free and organic fresh-dried tomato.
Blueberry Honey - (10.5 oz.) a rich, sturdy and medium amber raw honey. Strong and sweet, with earthy components, and a buttery-sweet finish.
Amano Ocumare Milk and Dark Chocolate Bars - (2 x 2 oz.) milk and dark chocolate award winning bars from Utah.
