This artisanal salami collection includes four of our best selling artisanal salamis, made three great salami makers:

Creminelli's Salami Barolo: the richness of the famous Italian Chianti wine lingers in this robustly flavored salami creating a truly complex, bursting flavor.
Creminelli's Sopressata: produced with the highest quality pork cuts, coarsely ground with salt added. Just before stuffing, additional spices are added including the garlic crushed by hand and dissolved overnight in a generous portion of wine.
Columbus' Finocchiona: seasoned with fennel seeds which give it an alluring cool, sweet flavor.
Fra' Mani's Salametto: a coarsely ground, garlic scented salami boasting a rich color and full flavor.

These artisanal salamis are sprayed with and edible fluffy white mold to crowd out harmful microbes that might want to attach to the salami during the aging process.
