Barbecue, a favorite way of cooking during the summer months. For most of us we grill meat and vegetables, and grilling cheese is not that popular yet, as it can become messy. Well ... no longer necessary with the Barbeclette. Therefore our Basket of Barbecue Essentials contains a Barbeclette, 3 types of cheeses, the well-known Peter Lugar Steak Sauce and Grill Honey and a jar of Pepper Shooters.
Barbeclette - especially designed to melt Raclette and other cheeses on your barbecue. The melting plate is manufactured with a non-stick coating. With the enclosed spatula; the melted cheese can be easily slid off the Barbeclette.
Swiss Raclette (8 oz.) - one of the great melting cheeses. Use the barbeclette to melt the Raclette and then serve is as such or on top of a burger or better try it on grilled vegetables .... delicious.
Mozzarella Bocconcini (8 oz.) - a great cheese to serve as a traditional appetizer with tomatos and basil, or on a burger.
Cotswold (8 oz.) - a smooth, cheddar-like cheese with chives and onions.
Peter Lugar Steak Sauce (12.6 oz.) - not only great on steak, but also served on slabs of red ripe tomatoes. Use the sauce as a marinade for your favorite meat or fish, us it as an ingredient in your meatloaf or hamburger or use it as it is, instead of ketchup.
Cheese Honey (12 oz.) - the rich sweetness of this natural varietal honey is the perfect pairing for gourmet cheese.
Pepper Shooters (12 oz.) -cherry peppers stuffed with Prosciutto and wrapped around Provolone cheese.
