Drunken Goat (8 oz.) - also called Murcia al Vino - a young Spanish goat's milk cheese that is soaked in Doble Pasta Wine for 48-72 hours and then aged for a couple of months. The flavor is mild and rich, clear sweet and spicy; a subtle reminder of the wine.
Campo de Montalban (8 oz.) - made from a mixture of cow's, sheep's and goat's milk, from the region of la Manga and looks very similar to Manchego, but is different in flavor.
Naked Goat (8 oz.) - a 6 months aged raw goat's milk cheese from Murcia in the Southeast. The flavor of this gourmet cheese is full and creamy with a tangy finish.
Membrillo Quince Paste (10 oz.) - made according to a Spanish Grandmother's recipe. Its color and flavor are natural and it is a great accompaniment for cheese.
Organic EVOO (17 fl.oz.) - made from Arbequina olives from Les Garrigues Area in Catalonia. The oil is 100% natural, has a low acidity, with a fresh and delicate aroma, soft and sweet on the palate and with an unbeatable taste, with reminiscents of almonds and ripe fruit.
Sweet, mild Chorizo (7.9 oz.) - the best-known Spanish cured sausage. It is made from coarsely chopped pork and usually seasoned with chili, garlic and sweet smoked paprika (pimenton de la Vera dulce), resulting in its characteristic flavor.
Sliced Serrano Ham (2 x 3 oz.) - Jamon Serrano, a great gourmet ham with a rich nutty flavor, cured in the mountains of Spain.
Piedras de Chocolate (5 oz.) - large Larguetas almonds dipped in chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder -irresistable.
Sweet Smoked Paprika (4.4 oz.) - made in the La Vera region of Spain - Pimenton de La Vera. This spice is dried by the traditional method of oak smoking, resulting in an unmistakably smoky taste. It is this spice that captures the essential flavor of Spain; a must if you want to make paella.
Marcona Almonds (8 oz.) - known as the 'Queen of Almonds'; they are indigenous to Spain and are sweet and softer than most almonds. Fried in sunflower oil, to highlight the almonds flavor and then slightly salted
