Classic Potato Gnocchi: a traditional light and smooth textured little potato dumplings, made for centuries throughout the kitchens of Italy.
Roasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi: Sweet potatoes are coated with extra virgin olive oil then oven roasted and caramelized before being formed into gnocchi. Their autumn red-orange colors compliment an array of entrees.
Basil & Potato Gnocchi: Flavor explodes from these green basil flecked potato dumplings; a wonderful accompaniment to a seafood entree.
