We have two varieties of the All Natural Mousses packed in 7-oz. terrines: Truffle Mousse made from creamy chicken livers, truffles and porcini mushrooms marinated in sherry and Duck Mousse with Port Wine; a silky mousse of fresh duck livers marinated in port wine.
