Six innovative all natural artisan ravioli products from Nuovo are designed and produced by a family of culinary trained associates who share in a vision to produce a unique selection of premium pasta with innovative flavors, colors, and shapes. They are packed in 9-oz atmosphere controlled packages.

The Nuovo journey began in 1989 in a small kitchen with a wooden rolling pin, an imported tabletop pasta machine, and a passion for making authentic pasta products of superior quality. We are proud to offer you these Italian culinary products (from left to right on the picture): Crab & Lobster Ravioli: Crab meat and steamed lobster are coarsely ground and tossed with butter and herbs. This mixture is folded into a crab mousse then piped into a striped square ravioli with red and yellow pasta. Goat Cheese & Roasted Tomato: Slowly roasted plum tomatoes are marinated with fresh herbs then coarsely chopped and folded into a blend of imported creamy goat cheese, and milky mozzarella. This flavorful filling is piped into egg yolk and rosemary ravioli. Gorgonzola & Sundried Tomato Ravioli: The flavors of Gorgonzola and sweet sundried tomato are combined in a perfect marriage surrounded by small square herb-flavored ravioli. Portabella & Fontina Ravioli: A mix of slowly roasted imported mushrooms is sauteed with finely chopped shallots and brandy. This savory mix is blended with creamy ricotta then surrounded by triple peppercorn pasta. Roasted Pepper, Mozzarella & Basil Ravioli: Sweet red fire roasted peppers are thickly sliced and blended with milky fresh mozzarella, chopped basil and ricotta in red pepper pasta.
