The Nuovo journey began in 1989 in a small kitchen with a wooden rolling pin, an imported tabletop pasta machine, and a passion for making authentic pasta products of superior quality. We are proud to offer you these Italian culinary products:
Crab & Lobster Ravioli: Crabmeat and steamed lobster are coarsely ground and tossed with drawn butter and herbs. This mixture is folded into a crab mousse then piped into a striped square ravioli with red and yellow pasta.
Portabella & Fontina Ravioli: A mix of slowly roasted imported mushrooms is sautéed with finely chopped shallots and brandy. This savory mix is blended with creamy ricotta then surrounded by triple peppercorn pasta.
Gorgonzola & Sundried Tomato Ravioli: The flavors of pungent Gorgonzola and sweet sundried tomato are combined in a perfect marriage surrounded by small square herb-flavored ravioli.
