Georgia-based Fire & Flavor has developed a nice range of All Natural, kosher rubs. Rubs are basically a mixture of spices, seasonings and herbs that you apply (rub) on meat, fish and vegetables or you can create your own marinade, sauce, dip or salad dressing.
The Asian Rub consists of a distinct blend of soy, ginger, garlic and black and white sesame seeds and is a perfect rub for pork, chicken, beef, seafood and vegetables.
Each rub is packed in a nice small aluminum re-closeable box in which you will find a sealed sachet with 2.5 oz of rub and a small leaflet with recipes.
