Basswood honey is delicate and mild, and has warm herbal notes, a clean finish and is light in color. Referred to as the Linden tree in North America, this large deciduous tree is found throughout the Northern temperate range and blooms with fragrant, nectar producing flowers.

Basswood raw honey pairs well with fresh green apples, fromage blanc and vanilla ice cream. A great accent to mint and spice teas. Each jar contains 10.5 fl.oz.
