Slowly produced using the traditional solera-criadera system, Mas Portell's Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar is aged in oak casks. This bittersweet gourmet vinegar is obtained from wines of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety from the region of Catalonia in Spain.
The result is an exceptional vinegar that enhances all types of culinary creations. This gourmet product is not filtered so that its maximum qualities may be maintained. It may produce a light, natural sediment.
Each bottle contains 8.5 fl.oz or 250 ml.
