Wolff's Kasha is produced by the Birkett Mills, one of the world's largest manufacturers of buckwheat products, since 1797. Headquartered in Penn Yan, named after its original Pennsylvania and Yankee settlers, in the heart of the Finger Lake region.

Kasha is 100% whole grain buckwheat, dry roasted to give the kernels a distinctive nutty flavor. Wolff's Kasha can be steamed, microwaves, boiled or baked. Buckwheat, is wheat and gluten free, cholesterol free and almost fat free.
