This Spanish Fig Jam (Mermelada de Higo) consists of fresh chunky pajarero figs (97%) and lemon flower honey. It has obviously a rich fig flavor and you will taste hints of honey.

It is a great accompaniment for cheese, soft and hard, and also wonderful with blue cheeses. The jar contains 7 ounces of fig jam.
