Blini are small pancakes that originally come from Russia and they are traditionally served with creme fraiche and caviar, but they are also great with smoked salmon and foie gras. The Blini are pre-baked, vacuum packed and frozen; all you need to do is thaw them and warm them.
Blini left over, break with the tradition, warm them in a blini pan and try some with butter and jam or other sweet delights. Delicious as well.
These large hand-made blini are based on a Russian recipe and are 2.75 inches in diameter. We have stacks of 6 and 12 blini.
