Dan and Cara Price founded Ohana Spice Trading Company based on spice blends created by Cara's father who has 30 years experience as chef/restaurant owner. His inspiration come from spending time in his mother’s Irish/Italian kitchen. The Price's believe that taste, texture, aroma and presentation are important in every meal, whether you share a simple meal with family, or have a more formal social setting.

The Ohana (the Hawaiian word for family) spice blends consists of simple, yet sophisticated core ingredients that are both health conscious and delicious. They use kosher slats and USDA certified organic spices sourced from around the world. The blends are hand-blend and produced in small batched to ensure the best flavor, color and aroma.

Legend: the Ohana signature blend. It combines 4 different chilies along with garlic, onions and several other herbs and spices crating a rich, smooth flavor with a hint of heat. It is great to enhance the flavor in any meat, poultry and seafood and your barbecues will become special, your meatloaf exiting and your chili something to talk about.
Tradition: a citrus inspired mix that balances smoky paprika en lemon flavors. This spice blend is excellent in a marinade for port, poultry and seafood, but will also brighten you soups, Mexican dishes and dips and sauces.
