Acacia Honey is a very light colored honey. It is collected in late spring, mainly in Northern and Central Italy. This honey crystallizes very slowly and is ideal for those who love a delicate sweet flavor. It is used to sweeten drinks, in cakes, pies and jams.
This Italian Acacia Honey is organic and kosher; the quality of honey we knew in the past is back and that is not an easy task in the current environment. The Italian Rigioni Brothers have been producing organic honey since 1992. They have chosen to put their beehives in unpolluted, away for industry and houses, in rich meadows of wild flowers and areas where plants grow sponteneously or with biological methods. The beehives are disinfected with methods guaranteeing the natural properties of the honey and the bees without any chemical intervention.
