Rigoni di Asiago is the producer of Fiordifrutta, an Italian organic fruit spread of which this plum variety is a great example. Fiordifrutta is made with only organic fruit; to produce one jar more than 2 kilos of organic fruit is used. The fruit comes only from organic crops, so it is produced without the use of any chemicals. It is also Star K Kosher certified.

Fiordifrutta has a limited amount of sugar and only comes from the fruits 85% is fructose and 15% is glucose. In fact there is about 30% less calories than other jams.
