Our Organic Sedani is made by Tuscany based l'Antica Rocca. The wheat used to produce the pasta is sown on the Molino Val Orcia Farm where it is estate grown, produced, and packaged by hand. This superior pasta will cook up perfectly every time because of the high quality of the grains used to produce this fine product.

Sedani is a Napolitan pasta variety, they are straight cut tubes that resemble small stalks of celery (sedano means celery). Sedani is excellent with elaborate meat and mushroom or sausage sauces and also great in caseroles.
