Our Organic Spaghetti alla Chitarra is made by Tuscany based l'Antica Rocca. The wheat used to produce the pasta is sown on the Molino Val Orcia Farm where it is estate grown, produced, and packaged by hand. This superior pasta will cook up perfectly every time because of the high quality of the grains used to produce this fine product.

Spaghetti alla Chitarra has a quadrangular shape that goes well with rich sauces and the square shape does look nice on a plate.
